Revise painted street lines and southern end of Allen Road to create two left turn lanes
Remove excess mid-block signal light on Eglinton Just east of Allen Road
Remove the un-needed HOV lane on eastbound Eglinton just west of Bathurst
Add speed limit signs on north and sound bound Bathurst Street and eliminate un-needed speed traps at both ends of bridge
Add traffic signal on Eglinton at Pevril Hill to eliminate a dangerous pedestrian crossing
Convene a special meeting of Upper Village BIA to discuss their suggestions for transportation improvements
Reduce obstruction due to construction on westbound Eglinton just east of Allen Road
Create a longer left turn cycle for westbound Eglinton at Oakwood and consider having a double left turning lane
